The Harvest Inventory
Your workbook for locking in this season
You said LOCK IN. Welcome. 🍂
That tells me something already: you’re building something that matters to you, and you’re ready to look at it honestly.
Here’s the full Harvest Inventory, all 18 questions. These are the same questions I use with founders before we work together, and the ones I sat with myself during those five days with my eyes closed.
How to use it:
Give yourself an hour this week. Turn off notifications. Write by hand if you can. Answer honestly, not impressively. No one is grading this.
The questions move through four parts of the natural cycle:
Harvest what worked. Compost what to release. Seed what to plant next. Roots what will make it last.
Some will come easily. A few might stop you in your tracks. Pay attention to those. That’s usually where the real work is.
Your workbook for locking in this seasonHarvest: what worked
What did people pay you for this year without much convincing?
Which piece of work are you most proud of, and what made it different?
What do people consistently come to you for, even when you’re not offering it?
Which client or collaborator left you with more energy than they took?
Where did your strongest result come from, and could you create it on purpose?
🍂 Compost: what to release
What are you doing because you’re afraid?
What takes most of your time but produces the least?
Which offer are you keeping because you built it, not because anyone wants it?
How much of your attention goes to things you can’t control?
What are you willing to stop doing this season?
Seed: what to plant next
What are you actually trying to create?
What needs to become financially viable, specifically?
Who has an expensive problem you know how to solve?
What does it cost them if that problem stays unsolved?
What’s the smallest, clearest offer that solves it?
Roots: what makes it last
If this works, what does it look like at 10x, without you working 10x harder?
What would make this project stronger every season instead of more tiring?
What systems, relationships, or assets could carry some of the weight you’re carrying alone?
The Lock-In - A two-week Regenerative Growth Sprint with Ancient Future Labs
For founders and mission-driven projects with early traction and a real body of work, but no clear way yet to say what they sell, who it’s for, or how it grows.
We walk the field together. We find what’s working, name the expensive problem underneath it, and give that value a clear commercial shape.
Week one: Harvest and clarity. What’s working, who it serves, the problem beneath their needs, and what you should be known for.
Week two: Structure and scale. Offer architecture, pricing, positioning, messaging, where your next customers come from, and a growth model that doesn’t rely only on your hours.
You leave with your Regenerative Growth Blueprint:
Core customer · Problem hierarchy · Positioning · Offer architecture · Pricing direction · Messaging · Sales channels · First 10–20 target prospects · Scale pathway · 30-day revenue plan
This is for you if:
You’re building something you believe the world needs
You have early traction, but revenue feels inconsistent
You can explain your vision for an hour, but not your offer in a sentence
You’re ready to stop scattering seeds and start growing something with roots
Investment
$1,200 for the full two-week sprint
Or $600 per week, paid at the start of each week
Founding rate for this autumn’s first two founders.
